
We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, have a strong understanding of various IT skills and technologies, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various levels and technologies.

Understand client requirements and translate them into an effective sourcing strategy.

Source candidates using portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Desired Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (product or services industry preferred).

Good knowledge of technologies like Java, .Net, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.

Strong experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

Proficiency in screening, evaluating, and negotiating with candidates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple mandates under pressure.

Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets.
