• Ledger Review: Conduct regular ledger reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. • MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. • GST Filing: Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C, ensuring full compliance with regulations. • TDS Filing: Oversee TDS calculations and filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions in line with statutory requirements. • Advance Tax Calculation: Calculate advance tax payments and ensure they are made on time, avoiding any penalties. • Debtor and Creditor Management: Supervise accounts receivable and payable, ensuring efficient collection from debtors and timely payment to creditors. • Coordination with Statutory Auditors: Liaise with statutory auditors to facilitate the finalization of accounts and ensure compliance with audit requirements. • Bank Coordination: Manage banking relationships, including coordinating with banks for finance management, loans, and other financial services. • Tally Proficiency: Utilize Tally for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and generating necessary reports. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in taxation. • Expertise in Tally and other accounting software. • Proven experience in ledger review and maintaining accurate financial records. • Strong ability to create and analyze MIS reports. • In-depth knowledge of GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C). • Experience in TDS filing and management. • Proficiency in advance tax calculation. • Strong skills in debtor and creditor management. • Experience in coordinating with statutory auditors for account finalization. • Ability to effectively coordinate with banks for finance management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
